📍 How can I find out the distance of the villa to the center or the beach?
To find out the exact location of our villas and their distance to the beach, market, or city center, you can check the "Location" tab on the villa page. It is possible to examine all the details on the map.
💳 How does the payment process and down payment work?
To finalize your reservation, a down payment of 20% of the total amount is required via EFT in Euro or Dollar currency. Your reservation will be confirmed once this payment is received.
💵 When is the remaining payment and security deposit paid?
The remaining balance of the accommodation fee and the 500 Euro damage deposit are collected in cash on the day of your check-in.
🛡️ How does the damage deposit refund work?
The 500 Euro damage deposit received in cash at check-in will be refunded to you instantly in cash on the day of check-out, provided that no damage or missing items are found during the villa inspection.
❓ Can I organize a party or event in the villa?
No. For the peace of our guests and according to our villa rules, parties, weddings, or similar events and loud noise are strictly prohibited.
🔑 What are the check-in and check-out times?
In order to deliver a flawless villa to you, our check-in time is 16:00, and our check-out time is 10:00 AM. During the interval, we prepare the villa for our new guests at the highest hygiene standards.
🌿 Are the pool and garden maintained?
Yes! For your comfort and health, I personally take care of the pool and garden maintenance. I perform all controls and cleaning regularly every day in the early hours of the morning without disturbing you.
🍳 Are kitchen equipment and towels available in the villa?
Yes, all basic kitchen utensils you might need, as well as clean linens and bath towels, are available in our villas. It is sufficient to bring your own personal beach towels.
